RN / General Duty Nurse / Graduate Nurse. Summary: Has authority and responsibility for the management of Nursing care and services for a specified group of patients. Performs with professional judgment the on-going observations, assessments, and Nursing actions in relation to identified patient needs. Complies with all appropriate safety and infection control standards. Participates in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities. Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. Works under the direct supervision of a Manager or designee who assigns areas of responsibility and reviews results for compliance with established standards. May direct and coordinate the work of professional and ancillary personnel providing Nursing care to patients.
Office Administrator. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Welcomes and directs visitors and customers. Maintains filing systems as assigned. Makes travel arrangements and maintains global calendar. Responsible for office supplies; orders new supplies as needed. Schedules and tracks building maintenance. Assists with administrative health and safety duties. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preschool Program Director / Early Childhood Director. The Program Director will collaborate with the board and leadership team of our parent organization, Apple Playschools, to bring the school into its next chapter of growth and service to the community. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, self-reflective, and able to balance collaboration with independent problem solving. We are seeking individuals with experience in anti-bias education and supporting children with special rights. We believe a wide range of experience will prepare someone for success in this role and preference will be given to folks who have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education, elementary education, child development, or a child-related field; at least three years teaching in a licensed child care or education setting; and have demonstrated experience with coaching and mentorship.
Accounting Manager/Accountant. We are looking for someone very strong in accounting, who is hands-on, detail oriented, a great problem solver, a self-starter, a multi-tasking project manager, and a lifelong learner with excellent customer service skills, to learn, grow, and serve in the Business Office at Dexter Community Schools, a non-profit governmental entity. Together with our Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will manage, coach, and develop a fantastic staff of six proficient self-starters and sustain the department’s excellence in providing services in accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, budget, grants, cash management, audit, property tax, purchasing, bids, capital improvement project finances and reporting, bargaining contract administration, payroll, and employee benefits.
