Direct Care Team Member – Resilire Neuro  As a direct care team member you will play an important role in the rehabilitation process by assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, care of skin, teeth, hair, ears, nails, eating, toileting/elimination, and promoting self-care activities. RSTs are essential in helping encourage clients’ independence in basic and advanced activities of daily living in accordance with their treatment plans. As a key member of the treatment team you can truly have an impact on client recovery through your care, encouragement, and support. Work is generally within the residential home or apartment setting although various other work sites may be assigned.  Travel off Resilire Neuro grounds may be required for community-based activities.

Body Shop Technician – Bob Maxey Ford (FT/PT OR Internship) Bob Maxey Ford of Howell is looking for individuals interested in a career in auto collision repair. Opportunity to learn hands on with experienced technicians. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, full time or part time schedule that permit ongoing college classes, paid vacation and holidays, 401k, health insurance and more.

Electronics Production Technician – Thorlabs. The primary responsibility is to assemble, test, and troubleshoot opto-electronic instruments that contain precision optical, mechanical, and electronic components. This person will be a key member of our LEAN manufacturing operation and will also be responsible for activities that support the growth of a new manufacturing environment. Thorlabs is also hiring Electronics Assemblers and an Electrical Engineer.

Program Manager and Educator roles at the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum. The Program Manager will develop and deliver a wide variety of interpretive, STEM, aviation, and environmental education programs, and events. They will develop and deliver our long-standing and robust summer camp program, including oversight of the summer camp staff team. Educators primarily implement a wide variety of interpretive, STEM, aviation, and environmental education programs, with opportunities to plan and develop programs. Programs are delivered to audiences of varying ages and abilities to increase the enjoyment and understanding of these topics.

Americorps VISTA Serve as a full year VISTA with Jewish Family Service’s Washtenaw Economic Integration & Opportunity Project, promoting economic inclusion for refugees and other immigrants. Build economic integration by creating an employer advisory board and build community inclusion in services by creating a refugee advisory board. Support recertification and placement services for refugees with professional and trade expertise. Encourage and assist entrepreneurs in starting small businesses. VISTAs will assist in designing training in areas such as business plan writing, marketing, accounting, relevant legal information, establishing business contacts, and accessing available resources in order to learn how to operate independently.
