What: Veteran’s Life and Education – A helpful session for Veterans to learn about financial planning, veteran affairs and other various topics.

What: Qigong Therapeutic Movement & Tai chi – Learn about movement and how it has a beneficial effect with herbalist and health practitioner, Joel Robbins. Sponsored by the People’s Food Co-op.

What: Hello Noon Yoga – Donation classes through the week with local instructors to make yoga available to everyone.

What: Shangri La Sharing Yoga- Free class the Mota Thai Yoga teacher training graduates to build their skill and share yoga with the community.
